Innovation Challenge

Project Description: The Innovation Challenge is an annual event hosted by the County that encourages employees to propose new ideas for improving the organization. During the challenge, teams are formed and given the opportunity to work together, consult with experts, and create presentations to pitch their ideas. Winning teams are then recognized and awarded prizes for their innovative contributions.
Outcome: 7 teams of 3-5 employees from multiple departments came together to pitch their idea in from of judges.
