About the annual Scholar Celebration
Role: Graphic/Website Design/Videography, Powerpoint Designs, Event Photographer
Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Wordpress Elementor, Canva, Microsoft Powerpoint
Project Description: Collaborating closely with the project manager and senior designer to craft a variety of promotional materials, including expertly designed flyers, postcards, and favor gifts, as well as engaging multimedia presentations such as powerpoints and celebratory videos honoring our esteemed scholars.
Outcome: Through story telling through videos, along with consistent branding and clear marketing, helped bring more attention to the program. The Board of Supervisors has taken more notice, and we’ve seen growing support from the community as a result. We are also seeing that there are more departments interested in taking in a scholar as summer intern.
