Organization based on User Needs
It was crucial to ensure that users can find exactly what they are looking for so I organized the site map based on what users value the most. The navigation bar also follows the users as they scroll in case they may need to access another section on the website.
UX RESEARCH
Problem
Due to COVID, my client uses multiple video platforms, each with significantly different user experiences, to continue teaching her students. Switching between the different platforms potentially discourages students from finding the content that may resonate with them.
Hypothesis
Providing my client with a website that allows all her content to be found easily by her students will be extremely beneficial for student retention and engagement. By being on the different platforms, she's competing with other instructors since their content is a few clicks away from her stuff Having her videos be searchable on her website will provide those with years of experience exercising along to videos of different youtube trainers a seamless transition to their typical workout.
